Shipping policy

Most orders will be processed in our standard 1-3 business days and shipped using USPS ground shipping (for U.S. customers). However,  personalized items or mixed order may take up to 5-8 business days. If you need it SOONER, you can contact us and we can provide Rush Order service, -- Ships in 1-2 business days instead of 5-8 days, and these items will be processed in 2 business days. The default shipping is USPS Ground which takes up to 9 business days. You can opt for USPS Priority shipping at checkout to receive it just 2-3 days after it ships.  

 

**Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
